Our compact and comprehensive program is designed for busy parents-to-be who want to be fully prepared in a flexible timeframe. Get the essential knowledge, practical skills, and expert guidance you need for a smooth and empowered birth. Choose between our six-week class option or weekend express option.
This class can be completed in one weekend with 7 hours on Saturday and 7 hours on Sunday or over 6 weeks with one 2-hour class per week.

In the first week, we will cover class expectations, course goals, and prepare your mind and body for the journey of motherhood.

In our fifth class, we will shift our focus to postpartum planning, where we will discuss recovery and infant feeding options.

Doulas play a crucial role in providing emotional and physical support, education, and advocacy during pregnancy and childbirth. However, the cost of doula services can be a barrier for many single mothers who are already facing financial challenges. By making a donation, you can help these single mothers.
